Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) has partnered with Fire Safe Sonoma and during the Spring and Summer months of 2020 provided funding for a roadside fuel reduction project and 20 Wildland Fire Assessment Program (WFAP) home assessments to help further reduce wildfire risks.

The approved project provided $75,000 to fund a roadside fuel reduction project on Fitch Road near Healdsburg, California and $4,000 for 20 Wildland Fire Assessment Program (WFAP) home assessments countywide.

The purpose of these programs was to support wildfire risk reduction efforts carried out during the 2020 fire season.
